• Free Shipping on orders over R 799.00
• The estimated shipping time for coffee orders is only 2-3 business days.
• The estimated shipping time for other merchandise orders is 3-5 business days.

Deliveries in General

• The customer is responsible for all delivery charges.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• The customer is responsible for delivery, and to sign and accept the goods. Attempts on re-delivery will be charged to the customer if delivery is unattended.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that accurate shipping information is provided when making an order for delivery. Please contact us immediately if you find that the provided shipping information is incorrect or requires a change. Changing shipping information on the website does not update existing orders as they have already been processed.
